“When one touches a single thing in nature, one finds it attached to the rest of the world.”
— John Muir
Craniosacral Therapy is a subtle, light touch therapy.
The hallmark of a Biodynamic approach is that the treatment is guided by what your body feels is the priority.
As the practitioner, I will orient to the universal and conditional forces of life and health present within your system and using perceptual skills encourage your body to re-balance and heal itself.
Specific hand placements during a session facilitate this
natural process
of reorganization.

frequently asked questions
what happens in a session?
I will ask you what brings you to the session, your medical history and anything you feel is important to share with me.
You will be invited to take off your shoes and lie face up on the treatment table fully clothed. If you are unable to lie flat you can be on your side or sitting in a chair.
I will start by putting my hands under your heels to listen in to the subtle movements in your body’s fluids and tissues.
From the information that arises, I will move to place my hands accordingly in one or more gentle hand contacts throughout the session.
This could be almost anywhere on the body, not just the cranium or sacrum.
how many sessions do you need and how often should you come?
To fully benefit from CST, you may need more than one or two sessions.
The amount of sessions depends entirely on what it is you are bringing and you and I can decide together how many will be best for you.
In the beginning, coming once a week is usually the most effective.
how long is a treatment?
The first treatment is one hour and a quarter.
Thereafter, one hour.
