My journey began in the early 90’s in a yoga class when I discovered a field of space and aliveness inside my body I hadn’t known before. The door to perceiving sensation and the subtle release that was possible through awareness gradually began to change my life.

Peter Blackaby, author of Intelligent Yoga, was the teacher who then guided me towards a training in London where I met and studied with others inspired by the work of the late Vanda Scaravelli.

Besides Pete, Diane Long, Sandra Sabatini and John Stirk have had the greatest influence on how I teach.

While an ongoing practice of Vippasana Meditation, studies with Bonnie Bainbridge Cohen founder of Body-Mind Centering, an interest in embryology, shamanism, trauma healing and biodynamic craniosacral principles continue to inform what I share with students on the mat.

I studied Biodynamic Craniosacral at the Karuna Institute in Devon under Franklyn Sills, Claire Dolby, Satya Shepherd, Colin Perrow and Simon Whitehead in 2011 and in 2017 I assisted on the two year London Craniosacral Therapy Educational Trust Practitioner Training.

I work with people of all ages and abilities and have been fortunate to teach and give treatments in much of Europe, the UK, India, Egypt and Turkey.

I am a mother to twins, a grandmother and the guardian of Leo the dog who recently led me to studies in animal communication.
